Artisan Bread Lesson 4
For the final lesson, each student got to create 3 recipes. One using preferment, one with liquid sourdough and one with stiff sourdough. I made pumpkin with purple corn loaf, sundried tomatoes with bell peppers sourdough and tom yum mushroom sourdough.
