Mini Peng Cai

For Chinese New Year, I decided to cook something different. A mini peng cai ! I found the recipe from the newspaper. In this peng cai, it has fresh scallops, pressed toufu, dried oysters, dried mushrooms, roasted pork belly, abalone and black moss and broccoli which is hidden at the bottom of the clay pot.
Ready peng cai for CNY dinner !

Empek Empek

This empak dish is one of my favorite Indonesian food. I always ask my relatives or friends to buy when they come to Singapore. Finally.....my mum and me found a recipe on how to make empak !! Its successful !!! So happy !!!!!

Usually we put some empak, cucumber and glass noodles and a little bit of sauce in a bowl and eat.
