Pork Roll Set

After my japanese class, I practiced my dishes that i learned at home. I cooked pork breaded pork roll with shiso leave and preserved plum, chawanmushi and agedashi  toufu. My hubby loves it very much !!

Pork Roll With Shiso Leave And Preserved Plum

I went to learn japanese cooking fm Chef Aki. We cooked deep fried pork roll with shiso leave and preserved plum, chawanmushi, agedashi toufu and miso soup. Its really delicious !!

Steamed Egg With Minced Pork

My friend Tsu Yee passed me the recipe for this steamed egg with minced pork, black fungus and water chestnut. Its very nice and the egg is very smooth !! Every one loves it. Thanks Tsu Yee for sharing the recipe with me.
