CNY Dinner !!

We invited our friends Alan, Grace, Francine, Tim, Melissa and Mag over for dinner. Its also Grace daughter's Francine birthday and its Valentine's day too !!  These are the dishes that i cooked. My friends took the photos for me. I am glad that everyone enjoyed the dinner and fellowship !!

Thicken Corn Soup

My hubby like thicken corn soup. I thought i should try cooking this soup at home. The soup turn out quite nice except that it was a little on the sweet side. I will try it again.

Pork Soup

I cooked pork soup, and I added pork ball, sausage, carrot, pork slice, tang hoon and black fungus.

Beef Carrot Soup

My mum taught me how to cook beef carrot soup. I cook for dinner at home. Each of us ate 1 big bowl with rice. Nice !!

Sharks Fin Melon Soup

Recently I learned chinese cusine cooking. I tried cooking the sharks fin melon soup again at home. I really like it very much. We added a bit of black vinegar n pepper before we eat. Nice !!

Winter Melon Puree Soup

I cooked winter melon puree soup with dried scallops. Its really nice !

Keisia Cooks Dinner !!

My sister in law, Keisia cook dinner for us. She cook dumplings soup, korean pancake, steamed egg toufu with minced pork and chicken stew. Very delicious. We all ate until we are so full !! Tks Keisia !!

Green Carrot With Carrot Soup

My friend Tsu Yee taught me how to cook this green carrot with carrot and pork ribs soup. Its really tasty after simmering for 1.5 hours. Tks Tsu Yee for sharing this recipe with me.

I made some pumpkin soup and i add some crabs into the soup, but from the picture, you can't see the crabs.

Double Boiled Soup With Winter Melon

I cooked this double boiled soup and i added winter melon, dried scallops, red dates, wolfberries, pork ribs and ginseng roots. I steamed it for 1.5 hours. Its very tasty.

Fish Maw Soup

I made fish maw soup, i added fish maw, black fungus, dried scallops, bamboo shoots and mushrooms.
