CNY Dinner !!
We invited our friends Alan, Grace, Francine, Tim, Melissa and Mag over for dinner. Its also Grace daughter's Francine birthday and its Valentine's day too !! These are the dishes that i cooked. My friends took the photos for me. I am glad that everyone enjoyed the dinner and fellowship !!

Blueberry Toufu Cheesecake
Its my sister in law and brother in law birthdays ! I decided to make a blueberry toufu cheesecake in cups instead of the usual cake like cheesecake. Happy Birthdays to Hoy Chin and Jason !!!

Mini Peng Cai
For Chinese New Year, I decided to cook something different. A mini peng cai ! I found the recipe from the newspaper. In this peng cai, it has fresh scallops, pressed toufu, dried oysters, dried mushrooms, roasted pork belly, abalone and black moss and broccoli which is hidden at the bottom of the clay pot.

Happy Birthday Mum
I made a fruit cake for my mum's birthday, then i covered it with fondant. The day before her birthday, i learned how to make freesia and cattleya orchid, so i decided to put it on her birthday cake. I am so happy that she loves it. Happy Birthday Mum :)
