Rum and Raisin Cookies

Panda Sushi !!
I bought a panda kit sushi maker in Tokyo. Its so cute !! I made sushi rice, then i put the rice into the panda mould, cut out the seaweed and paste over the rice. So adorable !!

CNY Dinner !!
We invited our friends Alan, Grace, Francine, Tim, Melissa and Mag over for dinner. Its also Grace daughter's Francine birthday and its Valentine's day too !! These are the dishes that i cooked. My friends took the photos for me. I am glad that everyone enjoyed the dinner and fellowship !!

Caramel Nuts Roll And Warabi Mochi
Belina and me went to learn how to make caramel nuts roll cake and warabi mochi. Its really very nice. We got to make caramel almonds, then when its cooled, we chopped it up. Before putting the chopped caramel nuts into the cake, we kept eating it !! So addictive....

Hana Zuzhi !
Me, Belina and Nellis learned Hana Zuzhi (flower sushi) form Chef Aki. According to Chef Aki, it is a speciality of Chiba perfecture where she came from. Its is usually made during ceremonial occasions. We decided to learn this cos it is so pretty !!! We gals love pretty stuff !! We made rose and tulip sushi. For lunch, we had handrolls and for dessert, Aki served us tomato cheese cake. Its very nice !!!
