SAS County Fair

My friend Angela ask me to donate some cakes for the SAS county fair. I made 2 cranberry cakes. The first one is in the shape of a sandcastle, the other one is using the Fleur De Lis bundt pan.

Wafer Thin Cookies Topped With Coconut

Satay Goreng

My mum cook this satay goreng, instead of putting the meat in the bamboo stick, she just fry it, save all the trouble to set up the charcoal grill. It is very nice to eat with rice.
