We like to order ha cheong chicken when we go out. I found a recipe for ha cheong chicken in Chef Sam Leong cookbook. I decided to try cooking it for dinner. Its very nice !!!

I made crispy prawn parcel after learning it. Its quite similar to otar but i put prawns and fish and wrapped it using the frozen puff pastry. Its very nice !!

Recently I have been craving for oyster omelette. Some time back before Clementi market did the renovation, we used to buy from one of the stalls, but its no longer there. I went around trying oyster omelette from different stalls, but I cant really find anyone that I like. Recently, my brother in law gave me some oysters !! So I decided to cook my own oyster omelette instead !!

Keisia cooked korean pancake for dinner. There's squid, mushroom, spring onion and chives inside !! Very nice !!

Mini Peng Cai

For Chinese New Year, I decided to cook something different. A mini peng cai ! I found the recipe from the newspaper. In this peng cai, it has fresh scallops, pressed toufu, dried oysters, dried mushrooms, roasted pork belly, abalone and black moss and broccoli which is hidden at the bottom of the clay pot.

This empak dish is one of my favorite Indonesian food. I always ask my relatives or friends to buy when they come to Singapore. Finally.....my mum and me found a recipe on how to make empak !! Its successful !!! So happy !!!!!
