Professional Bakery Class !!

Finally, I decided to pursue my dream. To take up a 14 day professional bakery class at Creative Culinaire !! To learn to bake more cakes, bread and pastry !! Indeed a tough 14 days, with theory and practical exam but I was really very happy !! I will definitely miss all my course mates n teachers !!

I made apple tart !!

Sliced apple tart served with vanilla ice cream !!

Mont Blanc

I learned how to make Mont Blanc. Its consist of a tart base, almond cream, custard cream, chantilly cream and chestnut cream. So good !!!

Munchies Bakes !

Dear all my readers, I have officially renamed my blog tittle from Kuddle The Choice to Munchies Bakes. Thank you for all your support.

Panda Sushi !!

I bought a panda kit sushi maker in Tokyo. Its so cute !! I made sushi rice, then i put the rice into the panda mould, cut out the seaweed and paste over the rice. So adorable !!
