Artisan Bread Class 1

I went for my 1st artisan bread class. In lesson 1, we made french baguettes, pain de mie and rustic farmers loaf.

I made ladybird cupcakes for a close friend who was in town recently. 

Cheongsam Inspired Cake

I went to learn how to make a cheongsam inspired cake. We use royal icing to do the embroidery flowers and also the buttons. Everyone piped until our hands and fingers are so tired, but we are all very happy to see our end product !! So pretty !!! 

Castle Cake

I learned how to make a castle cake. Although it was very time consuming, I was very happy with the end product. I also build a swimming pool next to the castle !! 

Matcha Ice Cream

I made matcha ice cream. Its very rich n creamy !!

2 Tier Cake

I made a 2 tier cake for a friend's mum birthday !!

Children's Day Cupcakes

I made chocolate cupcakes for my church sunday school kids for children's day. Pink are for the girls and blue are for the boys.

I made red velvet cream cheese minions cupcakes and hello kitty cupcakes for a friend.

House Cake !!

I made a house cake for my brother's birthday !! I also made some farm animals like sheeps, pigs, ducks and dogs. Happy Birthday Aquila !!! :)

Rum and Raisin Cookies

I learned how to make Hokkaido rum and raisin cookies. Its so good !!! The filling is white chocolate with butter cream and rum soak raisins.
