Wafer Thin Cookies Topped With Coconut

My friend Ulicer gave me this bottle of wafer-thin crispy cookies topped with loads of dessicated coconut. Its really so good, once i start eating i can't stop :) Thanks Ulicer for making this cookies for us :)

Satay Goreng

My mum cook this satay goreng, instead of putting the meat in the bamboo stick, she just fry it, save all the trouble to set up the charcoal grill. It is very nice to eat with rice.

Wedding Cake

Finally..... my 1st wedding cake !! Its was quite stressful as i got to bring all the covered cakes, roses, leaves.... in boxes to school. Thankfully my hubby drove me there & help me to carry to school. What a relief. Everyone was so happy when we all completed our course. Many thanks to Sandy Goh , our wilton course instructor from Artistiq Sugarcraft.

I am taking the wilton class 3. For our 2nd lesson, we need to cover a square cake with fondant and put the ribbons and bow. Its quite scary when i have to turn over the fondant from the rolling mat to the cake !! But we all had lots of fun doing it.

Soccer Team Matchamisu

Yesterday I made a matcha tiramisu for my family. My hubby gave me some decorating suggestions. He said, maybe i can decorate the cake with a soccer team, so I went to buy the soccer team toys, then i got him me to help to decorate it. I think he had lots of fun arranging the toys.

Green Tea Tiramisu

I went to learn how to make green tea tiramisu from a chef. The cake is very light and not too sweet and the green tea taste is so good. My family members enjoyed eating it.

Happy Birthday Mum !!

I made my first 2 tiered cake !! Am so worried especially when i had to stack the 2 layers together. Really had to cross my fingers. Thankfully i did not mess it up !! Had to carefully put the flowers onto the cake. The filling for this cake is durian.... My mum was so happy to see the cake. Happy Birthday mum !! :)
