SAS County Fair

My friend Angela ask me to donate some cakes for the SAS county fair. I made 2 cranberry cakes. The first one is in the shape of a sandcastle, the other one is using the Fleur De Lis bundt pan.

Its Valentine's Day cum Chinese New Year. My hubby cook fried rice paradise and fried squid balls. He does not cook often. Its really very nice and it has a lot of ingredients inside.
