I got some mango puree left, so i decided to try to make mango chiffon, but somehow the smell and the taste disappeared after baking...it tasted like vanilla chiffon instead !!

I made a strawberry sparkling rose gateau for my dad & my birthday. I bought a bottle of sparkling rose to make this cake. The most funny thing was, before i could remove the cock from the bottle, i heard a loud "pop". The cork already flew off the bottle !!! Its was kind exciting... Ready cake
