Our Macarons

Last week Angela, Selina & myself, we met up for lunch. Angela brought macarons so did i :) Angela's macarons are the pink & blue ones, 3 flavours. Rum & raisin, matcha and masala. Mine are the mini yellow ones, 2 flavours. Chocolate ganache with passion and chocolate ganache with prunes.

I made a strawberry sparkling rose gateau for my dad & my birthday. I bought a bottle of sparkling rose to make this cake. The most funny thing was, before i could remove the cock from the bottle, i heard a loud "pop". The cork already flew off the bottle !!! Its was kind exciting...
