Ingredients A :
5 chicken drumstick or chicken wings
4 tbsp plain flour
1 tbsp cornflour
1/2 spoon salt
pepper
Ingredients B :
3/4 cup low gluten flour
1/2 cup sweet potato flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp custard powder
2 tsp curry powder
Enough water to make a paste
Tapioca flour
Method :
-Put ingredients A and leave it overnight in the fridge
-Before cooking mix ingredients B in a bowl & add water bit by bit until u form a slight running paste.
-Put the chicken in then coat with a little tapioca flour
-Deep fry till cook.
