Hello Angela,
U are right. Some restaurants sell this dish. Dou su is some sort of beans. Last time i bought it from taiwan, but now i can get it from the dry goods store at Eng Hoon Street. But this store sells by the dozen. Next time i pass 1 or 2 to u. I still got quite a few in my freezer.
