Snowskin Mooncakes

I made snowskin mooncakes. The flavours are green tea, peach, lotus with cranberry, milk tea, champagne and brandy truffle.

Mr and Miss Piggy Mooncakes !!

Keisia and me learned how to make cute piglet at a mooncake class. So i made somemore piglets at home. All these are the piglets that i made. So which one is the cutest ??

Buns

Keisia and me practise making our buns after the class. We made sausage buns, ham and cheese, cranberry and cheese, nutella, and pizza !! The pizza is the best !! Loots of  toppings !!! Its so fun making bread together !! 

Bread Class

Keisia and me went to learn bread making class fm Chef Molly. Its organised by Munch Ministry. At the class we made new friends, they are Lai Mui and Nellis. 4 of us share the same row of working tables. We all had fun making the buns !!

Tulips Sushi

I decided to practise my tulip sushi after learning. So yesterday, i made 3 rolls of tulip sushi to bring to church. Its turn out ok, but i think i can do better the next round. All my friends love it, I am so happy !! 

Hana Zuzhi !

Me, Belina and Nellis learned Hana Zuzhi (flower sushi) form Chef Aki. According to Chef Aki, it is a speciality of Chiba perfecture where she came from. Its is usually made during ceremonial occasions. We decided to learn this cos it is so pretty !!! We gals love pretty stuff !! We made rose and tulip sushi. For lunch, we had handrolls and for dessert, Aki served us tomato cheese cake. Its very nice !!!  

Oyako Don

I learned how to cook Oyako don set. Its a chicken and egg with rice. It comes with simmered pek chye, carrot and mushroom and for the soup, we cooked tonjiru soup. This is a pork miso soup. Its our favourite soup. After I learned, I cooked it at home. My hubby loves it very much !! 

Happy Birthday Keisia !!

I made a pooh bear cake for my sister in law birthday.  Its a chocolate cake sandwich with chocolate fudge. I am so happy that she likes it !! Happy Birthday Keisia !!!  

Mei Ren Yu With Eggplant

I cook mermaid fish with egg plant and for the sauce i added assam juice, chilli and gula melacca  Very nice !!

Ha Cheong Chicken

We like to order ha cheong chicken when we go out. I found a recipe for ha cheong chicken in Chef Sam Leong cookbook. I decided to try cooking it for dinner. Its very nice !!!

Thicken Corn Soup

My hubby like thicken corn soup. I thought i should try cooking this soup at home. The soup turn out quite nice except that it was a little on the sweet side. I will try it again.

Fruit Roll Cake

I made a fruit roll cake from another recipe book. I was very tempted to buy the roll cake book because it has a lot of nice roll cake pictures inside although the book is in Japanese !! I got my sister in law's good friend Tizane to help me translate some of the recipe. Tks Tizane !!

Crispy Fish With Thai Sauce

I cooked crispy fish with thai sauce and i added mango strips and added basil seeds for decorations. Delicious !!

Crispy Prawn Parcel

I made crispy prawn parcel after learning it. Its quite similar to otar but i put prawns and fish and wrapped it using the frozen puff pastry. Its very nice !!

Nasi Tumpeng

My mum, my auntie and me made another round of nasi tumpeng. Its really delicious !!!

Pork Soup

I cooked pork soup, and I added pork ball, sausage, carrot, pork slice, tang hoon and black fungus.

Beef Carrot Soup

My mum taught me how to cook beef carrot soup. I cook for dinner at home. Each of us ate 1 big bowl with rice. Nice !!
